Complaint against Reliance network Not receiving call and deducted Balance

Dear sir,

I am using Reliance network from a long time. But suddenly they ruttenly deduct my balance and not pick up my call in customer care. they do this Balance deduction two time but not giving proper solution qur not giving information why they deduct this.
