Dear Sir,
I Aryan Panwar had purchased an Apple iPhone-6 from an authorised dealer Jumbo Store.After 80 days, the iPhone which I had purchased automatically shut down and it never got switch ON despite charging it.So as per the procedure I took my iPhone to the authorised service station of Apple namely I-Zenica.After treating my phone for 72 Hours they told me you can't claim your warranty that unauthorised modification was found in my device with Found component broken and third party font printed on the back panel. I received a message saying that it has been declined from the screening centre and it cannot be replaced. So, now i am attaching a copy of bill and service report with this email so that you can have a look on that. I have never ever got my phone opened from a local market or anywhere else other than the authorised service station and its so easy to understand that if i have a one year warranty still available with my phone then why will i get it opened from anywhere else or from outside.

Sir, I have all the documents of my phone and it is under warranty why will I get it checked in a local shop??I am unable to digest the fact that when I have not checked out my phone in a local shop but they are still putting such allegation on me.
