Not getting the car MARUTI SWIFT DEZIRE from Spectra motors on 06 March 2016

I'm Sunil Bhalshinge from Mumbai.
I wished to start my own tours and travel company for that I booked MARUTI SWIFT DEZIRE from Spectra motors on 06 March 2016 by paying a booking amount of 50000.

At the time of booking I had been it would take 45 days and max to max 2 months however it's been almost 5 months however I still didn't received my car.

My loan is approved and I do have my down payment deposited in the account. EVERYTIME they call me they come up with new dates.

Today she bluntly said if you want to cancel please go ahead.

I had spend lots of money to get my gumasta , then paid loan processing and franking fees and now they just don't bother.

I appreciate if you could help to take necessary against them.

    I planned to buy a car and had asked car bazaar to give quotes. I received first quote on 3rd for i10 magma. After finalising, negotiating, I planned to buy grand i10 manga. Started process for loan and submitted all documents to car dealer for axis bank. I had no option other tan axis as the dealer will not give me discount than. My priority was always state bank of India. Still I let it go. Axis bank refused my loan saying that my company is not Indian and I will require co applicant. I asked car bazaar to cancel my deal than and there. Which took almost more than a month. They asked to give some time and started process for icici bank. Verification was done. Loan also approved but I was never updated about it. On that I had asked only 3.5 l loan wherein they got approval for full amount. I had asked them to see the car for which they said once we Ll have ur car we will show you. When I asked about colors and time of deivery I was informed we will show once loan is approved. On 25th I asked them to cancel. Then they start calling me and inform that loan is processed, car has also landed. By 1st August I will get my car. I informed them tat which color, which model, they have not shown me anything but everything was done. I totally refused and asked them to give my money back. I paid 10000 as deposit. Which they say I am cancelling the deal so I Ll get only 2000 back out of 10000. Pls I want my total money back. 2 months and harassment like this. I am not ready to have any deal with car bazaar. Pls hep to get my money back.
