Delivery of car not done even after waiting time is over

I had booked delta petrol varrient of boleno car from the barbate automotive Nagpur Maharashtra on 4december2015
At the time of booking they gave a quotation with a waiting period of 4 months.so I booked a car with booking amount of 11000 rupesson that basis I had taken a loan of 5.7 lakhs from bank
Now the given waiting period is over and I got a mail from barbare automotive that your waiting period is hiked by 26weaks .I made a complaint in nexa through their help line no.but they are just blaming each other
Dealer blames that he is not getting cars from company.and company blames that dealer gave fake promise.

I am not able upload pics of cash memmo and the quotation due to problem of site .but I can provide them when ever asked
