I had booked the Linea ELegante limited edition model on 16th Jan 2016- wherein dealer confirmed the car is available in Fiat Factory. & suddenly after loan processing I was informed that the car is not available and the factory has stopped the production as it was limited.
I contacted the Senior members of Fiat Chrysler India Pvt. Ltd- as my intention was to book this was purely because of the features like GPS/Touchscreen/ Spoiler etc in the car. Mr. Ashwin Pandit -Senior Employee of FIAT INDIA working at lower parel- confirmed me that the stock is all out and he cannot help on any of the car and suggested to me an upgraded version with similar additional fittings.
I paid a premium on all the additional fitting on EMOTION model and while getting the delivery- I had mentioned my apprehension on the quality job on accessories fitting at their dealer at SKY moto fiat-Akurdi wherein i had planned to take the delivery.
First of all the car which they gave was >180 days old and secondly all the fittings on the car either are not working or paint job done is not as per quality.
Even the music system is not working and completely Dead. ( map my india team is sending a new device as the fitted device is faulty and not working)
While the day I took delivery of the vehicle-I got a call from the other dealer informing that the ELEGANTE LINEA model is come and is ready for booking- wherein i felt completely cheated.
As on today- my car is as is with no music system operational/ all paint lacquer stains on the windscreen glass etc.
I want to sue both FIAT CHRYSLER INDIA PVT LTD & SKY MOTO FIAT for misleading and confusing the customer and selling defective car which is still not resolved -even after 15 days.
