Dear sir,
I, Sudhin S. Bhattacharya residing at 103 anant regency, phase 3 , santoshi mata rd, opp padmavati jain so.kalyan (W) 421301.would like to state as under.
1) On 13-05-2016 I had called Infinity cars Pvt. Ltd. Worli to book new BMW X1 car with Mr. Sameer Saudagar. He agreed to send BMW X1 demo car to my residence for a test drive and accordingly a demo car BMW X1 was sent to my residence with a driver and a representative.
2) Myself and my wife took the test drive of the demo car and negotiated the price and asked Mr. Sameer to mail the sales contract with complete details ( sale contract copy attached) of the package. Immediately we finalized and paid a cheque of Rs.3 lakhs as advance.
3) Subsequently on taking delivery of the car on 11-07-2016 evening we found the features shown in the demo car was not available in the car delivered to us and also the items mentioned in the sales note dated 30-05-2016 is not given to us.
This is a clear case of cheating.
Since we have made full and final payment and signed all the documents we were forced to take the delivery of the car.
Even the delivery note in which we have put our remark while taking the delivery, copy of which is not yet been given to us inspite of repeated request to them.
Your intervention in the above matter is urgently required or we will not get justice in this matter.
