Regarding the delay in the Sanction of BSCC loan

Sir,
I am Harsh Kumar, student of Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata. I had applied for a BSCC loan of 4 lacs under the scheme named 7 NISCHAY YOJANA of Bihar government almost 5 months ago i.e. on 29th June 2021. My registration ID is CM7RBSCC062021003882470. It's been almost 5 months and the current status is showing PENDING FROM TPVA BY AM. I also went to the TPVA office, but no progress or interest was shown.
I request you to kindly see to the matter and help me as I have to submit the semester fees. I'll be obliged to you for this work.
