Dear sir,
i had applied for loan in MNSSBY by Bihar govt and i got my first payment but for second payment they still didn't payed. i even tried many times to contact with them but no response i got. Due to this they are not allowing me to attend the college. And my parent s couldn't afford such a big amount. I am in big trouble.
