Unable to apply for the subsequent payment

I've been trying from the past 3 days to apply for my 4th subsequent payment. I have tried almost 200 times by uploading the documents as well as the OTP sent on my number registered with Aadhar. A message of "sorry , we could not process your request at the moment, pls check file type or network connection" pops up everytime. The documents are under 700 kb and are in pdf form, my network connection is also stable. I don't know why it cant process my request. I've tried to reach the office through helpline numbers but they don't respond at all. kindly take a look into this matter

    Hey Dude, how did you resolve your problem which is the sorry pop up while applying for the subsequent payment in DRCC
