Dear Sir/Mam,
Good afternoon,

Sir I would like to inform you that the issue of Extra foreclosure charges which is 5.0 % plus GST of total amount of 23,79740 Lakh is taken by IFL Housing Finance company under a Home Loan at Delhi Shadhara.
5% Foreclosure charges:- 1,40406 Rs charges by IFL HOusing Finance.

Bank has claimed extra foreclosure charge and violating the guidelines of NHB.

Sir kindly help me in this regard.

Attach Foreclosure letter is proof of documents.
