Fraud Please take some legal action. and the are using Ministry of finance logo

As they not said earlier in their T&C they we have not to deposit any amount for granting a loan. But first they charged me rs-1850 for fees.
and now they are asking me for another charges rs-12450/- for transfer loan amount in my amount.
(Loan amount is 1,00,000)
Please take some legal action.
and the are using Ministry of finance logo also in their contact
company name is -
Omex Finance india PVT LTD.
