Dear sir,

My father take a loan from Axis Bank Ltd in 2018. In second wave of covid 19, my father died due to corona. In loan we take an insurance. Claim process done by us. And insurance company paid the amount to bank, now bank is demand for 63000/- for close the loan.

We take full loan amount insurance and insurance paid full payments to bank. But bank not support for close the loan.
