I have apply for personal loan but contact person say you pay 5500 Prossesing fee and they say you pay 2500 I will pay and they said you pay 6000 rupee . I will pay all amount for loan process but they said you pay insurance amount 15000.
I said you refund my all payment but they not replying

    Dear Sir,

    DMI CAPITAL of Noida is a finance company offered me to sanction personnel loan Rs.8.00 lakhs with @ 5% p.a through their employee Miss.Priya (Sr.Manager) having Mob No.8358865836 another no is 7065543860 . According that they demand me different charges for sanction the loan and also i have paid in 4 times as follows from Dt.04.06.2019 to 14.06.19

    1. Rs. 2200/- towards legal fees.
    2. Rs. 18880/- towards Agreement fees.
    3. Rs. 20900/- towards Insurance
    4. Rs. 13500/- towards RTGS charges

    When i am asking for my sanction the loan amount then they told me that our head office keep pending your file for sanction the said amount due to non payment of 1st installment Rs.15097/- and i have told them i don't this loan now you application and refund my all deposited money for the loan sanction. But till now they are not refund the same after several reminder from my side and now they block my no, so that i could not contact with them.

    Hence, you are requested sir kindly necessary against this company and try to refund this money and obliged.
