Incomplete Terms and Conditions House Loan through HDFC Ltd from BDI

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is bring to your notice that I have applied for House Loan through HDFC Ltd for Rs 6,93,000/- in month of Apr'16 agst Purchase of flat from BDI under Mukyamantri Aawas Yojna in Tapukara, Rajasthan.

Earlier my loan was approved in May'16 but as per subsidy eligibility I have added my mother as co applicant in flat as well as in loan documents also.

Now HDFC Ltd issue offer letter against loan approval having all terms & conditions.

Now they are asking for personal guarantor which is not mentioned in loan offer letter and terms & conditions.

Against this personal guarantor requirment one of my colleagues ready to give guarantee & fullfill all the desired requirements now they are saying pls sign it from gazetted officer i.e personal guarantor form.

Now gazetted officer refusuing the same to sign on the documents.

Pls suggest what to do, waiting to hear a reply from you soon.
