: I had applied loan of rs. 30lakhs in pnb housing finance limited at c block ,sri Ganganagar (Raj .) On jan.2017 .officers of department has charged rs. 5750 thru SBBJ check no. 649621 dated 9/1/17 along personel documentz attach and has commited to sanction the loan within one month(after the officer visit from head office and has done ok for sanctioning loan) but even after 10 months bank has not sanctioned loan and atlast refuse to sanctioned the loan . in such case they have neither refund the particular amt. Charged (as which should b refund if u r not sanctioning us the loan ) nor returned the personel documentz submitted. even after 10 mnths. Plz help us out .

    Dear Sir/madam,

    We have applied for LAP on 07/01/2021. Document collected your Relationship officer and we have paid amount of 3500/- to PNB Account (Reference # 100711028858) for document processing charges. But due to, BDA Property (ARKAVATHY LAYOUT ISSUE) issue loan not processed. Kindly request to Refund the amount of 3500/- and do the needful.
    Expecting your reply as early possible otherwise I will escalate to next level kindly look into this issue.
