ICICI BANK LIMITED Loan EMI offered less but charging more

Dear sir,
I have taken Loan of Rs. 439000 from ICICI BANK LIMITED but I have been provided Rs. 435000 in account.
I am a premium customer of bank and having CIBIL score of 860 as such bank offered me load of 3 second disbursement and I have taken it. While offering they providing EMI of Rs. 9986.00 but when deducted EMI they are charging Rs. 10022.00 per month for 5 year. Means about Rs. 2160 extra loan will be charged from me.
This is a loot from bank I think they should told me initially about it.
Only consumer forum can help me otherwise I dont have any other way.
Please help me.
