Loan recovery complaint to shubh laxmi mahila cooperative bank Indore

Dear sir,
My mother had expired on this year month of march 2017.
Before he died he was got a loan from shubh laxmi mahila cooperative bank indore.But bank has not done any kind of insurance of my mother.

So if have any circumstance,Than bank will claim his loan amount from insurance.
And now bank is forcing me for repayment of loan. is it legal.

I did't know about my mother loan.
I have three children and i am a employee of privet company.
I am not able to deposit the loan.
