Not given cheque for loan amount and charging interest thereon

I am Dulichandra pushpad (mob. No. 8602508930), I have applied for Loan against construction with Aadhar Housing Finance, Dewas Branch. My Loan is sanctioned I have paid the charges towards the Loan.

More than a week’s time is over they are saying that my cheque for Rs.47,000/- is ready and I can collect it. When I visit for the collection of the Cheque they are making every time new excuse and today i.e. on 12.03.2016 he is saying that my cheque is not printing it will take some more time so I can collect the same later, even though they have debited the Interest amount in my account without issuing the said cheque to me.
