Dear Sir/ Madam

I have applied for consumer durable loan in the month of January 2017 with all the requited
document with ECS mandate too.
My loan has been sanction and disbursed on January 31, 2017. My next EMI was on March 02,
2017 and I had been asked to pay the amount by Bajaj Finance as ECS mandate was not hit to my
account. Upon, asking the reason to customer care, they replied that ECS mandate was not
received by the bank. Hence, they have asked to get in touch with bank.
However, I wish to inform you that you should have been informed me prior to dishonored of
ECS. This is not my mistake as I have already submitted ECS to you.
Now, I come to know that Rs.345/- has been deducted from account without any reason hence I
am requesting you to refund this amount and activate my ECS and manually present the same.
Also, I want compensation as this is not my fault and there should no be any reflection in CIBIL.
Hence, I am requesting you to intervene in this concern and resolve the concern on priority basis.
In the meanwhile, I request you to kindly acknowledge receipt of this email.
