Hi,

This is Karthik S from Bangalore. (9620086368)

I have purchased samsung tv in girias and taken bajaj finserve loan as emi option monthly and submitted all documents like photo, pan and address proof.


Later i have applied a personal loan in bank and it got rejected because my cibil score was less.

When i checked, Bajaj finserve company has used my documents and given to somebody for loan and in my a/c the amount was reflecting different.

because of this my loan got rejected , how can they be so careless and tag some body loan to my pan no against.

i have visited bajaj finserve store for 4 times for this issue and asked them to resolve, still i have not got update n not resolved.

Kindly help me.
