Complaint regrading Mannapuram Whats the Government Upto With Private Limited

As i have pledge some gold in Mannapuram Bangalore they are charging above 27-28% interest within 150 working days as the Government has proclaimed 18% but though they are charging openly we are granting the amount told by them BUT when it comes to payable amount for time granting they are obsessive and asking for the payment immediately or the gold will be auction, but the Indian Government had ruled that one year and seven days of time but the private limited are doing all these in 90 days where is the justice for the man who live in candle
HOWEVER
i have lost 3-4 items in a period of 120 days inspire of paying interest and the amount declined by the bank and they are charging renewal
charges ever 60-90 days
Help the people who stay in this web of loss and many people are uneducated and they are pledging their gold and by paying the money and lossing the gold

i hope this message will reach the right person who will take this will be taken in an serious action against the situation i am facing
