requested the company for paid replacement of my laptop battery

the case registered with HP India company HP Case ID : 5069304647, They assure me to send an quotation to me for advance payment of the concerned battery part( laptop is 3+ year old), But the quotation is misleading and hence they are responding now to make it correct as they are putting Level 2 service charges, which i don't want. Calling them is in vain now, they are not responding now properly.
