Received a Dead/Damaged Laptop

I Purchased a Laptop online from CompuIndia costing Rs.37190 on 26March. I got the product on 29 March which was dead on arrival and damaged badly.
So i raised a complaint on the same. Today is 10th days and they are neither replacing the product nor replying to my emails.
As per compuindia policy, they should replace the product if i receive the dead/damaged laptop.
