ordered a product with less price , didn;t got the delivery

i orderd a dell laptop on AMAZON.IN with order id # 171-3093011-8915521 on Fri, Feb 25, 2016 at 2:44 PM, but i didn't got the product delivered yet. which is supposed to be delivered on or before 1st march 2016.
as the product they shown me online was 19450/- INR .but the price of product is now rised.
when i asked them for about product details they lied me several times which are as follows.
1)on 1st march 2016 at 2:39 PM they told "Please do not worry at all, you receive your order very shortly"
2)on 2nd march 11:07 pm i tried again and now they said "the product is being returned due to incorrect address" even though i gave the correct address and phone number, while i was cahtting with their coustomer care on 1st march just to be sure, they lied me, as i got many products to same address from same online retailer.
3)on 2nd march 7:35 PM >i contacted them again, they told " I have contacted the courier to deliver your order and I will definitely try to get the order delivered to you By tomorrow."
4)on 3rd march they lie again by saying " It seems that the product or the shipping label has been damaged, This is the only reason the item is returning to seller"( before they sayaddress issue , now its damaged label)
5) on 3rd march 12:38 AM they lied me again saying that "Please place a new order, and we'll issue a refund for price difference as gift card once order is delivered to you"
6) on 3rd march 1:48 AM i requested a call from them and they called me,i wanted to confirm about the coupon of the difference amount after ordering the same product as they said. but they now told me,that they cannot give the coupon now, they told its a mistake done by thier employee ,after saying that.
you need to purchasse the fresh order for higer price.
7) after this all, now they tell me that product is damaged while trasit so the product is returned to them.
so i requested them for a new product to be deliverd on that order for the same price as it was their misstake of damaging the product in trasit. i have orderd.
8) but the actual thing is they lied me here again. as nobody opens a product once the seller is seal packed it, only after opening, we will know it, if the product is damaged or not.
I have attacchet the complete order summary sent to my email, i.e 'spiritsagar@gmail.com' , and the complete chat history by amazon.in coustomer service centre

in this time they lied me several times, i was being frustraated all the time, and i became mentally ill for a while, please give me help in stoping the fraud act and to stop cheating with the coustomer. i kindly request you to help me with a greater compensation.
