I have given my asus laptop ultrabook at above mentioned service center on 14th may and the person named kamalkant sharma at the service center said that since the laptop is within warranty period; they will order a new part( montherboard)and fix it within a week.
I called him after a week and he said that the part of the laptop is not been received at there service center and asked to contact them back after 2 3 days.
We again contacted them and they still did not receive the part.
Its been a month and we have been calling them almost everyday and we get the same response.
Need to do something about this.
