Not replacing the the faulty Laptop which is just 7 days old

I have purchased a Dell Inspiron Laptop 5584/S.This one is worth ₹60,000 which I have purchased from Reliance Digital, Chandanagar- (Pin- 7121236,Hooghly,West Bengal) Store on 17th December,2019. The Laptop's Monitor is developing white patches/light leaks, which the store's authorised techinician and customer service agent marked as 'Prominent Backlight Bleeding', which is recognized in the top right and bottom edges of the screen and is gradually increasing . I have lodged several complaints to Dell's technical support team and your customer support team is not recognizing this problem. It just 7 days of my purchase and the Store's technician asked me to lodge a DOA for replacement of this unit to Dell and also recognized it as a faulty unit and explained me that they can't help at all.While thier policy gurrantees a return.

Both Reliance Digital and Dell are not addressing my issue and while I am entitled to your replacement policy but thier store's customer service agent are harrassing me and closing my complaint without even checking the issue on-site.I am just asking for a replacement against thier replacement policy scheme. I need a DOA,as soon as possible.



Note : In an online tech support test run in your site. I was entitiled with a problem and I had recieved a notification which states that I am entitled to a replacement.
