Non supplying the promised Printer free of cost after purchasing a HP laptop.

On the 15th August 2018, I purchased a HP laptop ( bill no 93002) from EZONE , South City Mall, Kolkata 68 . I was promised by the shop owner to get a scanner free of cost (written in hand at the back of the receipt) within 10 days. Whenever we talked to them we were assured that will get it within few days. Yesterday I received a phone call from them informing their inability to provide the same.
I am sorry to say that it seems to me a fraud case, and I expect necessary action as soon as possible from your side.
