Dell Services for my Laptop, lot of problems with my Laptop of Dell Inspiron

Dear Sir,
I am facing a lot of problems with my Laptop of Dell Inspiron-3148 since my purchase from Croma Store-Adajan(Surat). I have logged complaints many a times and i have not got the proper solutions from them.In fact they are very rigid towards not giving the proper solutions.Parts are replaced for 2 times(Motherboard and Touch Screen-the main parts of Laptop) Within the warranty period, what will happen after the warranty.I think i have been given the damaged piece. Now only 3 months left for warranty expiration.Lastly i requested them to replace this piece but they denied to do so.
I request you to suggest and do the needful against my problem...
