Dell Denial of system speaker repair which was under warranty

The Dell Inc. refused to give me hardware repair support of the speaker of my laptop which was under warranty stating it is not their fault but of a video player application(VLC Media Player) which caused the speakers to damage. It was nowhere written specifically in their T&Cs that we should not install VLC Media Player and I installed it via Microsoft Store which got various applications. If Microsoft keeps the application and dell supports Windows 8 which is a Microsoft product, it makes VLC media player not a 3rd party app. But they continuously refused to me stating they won't give it a repair deliberately delaying it upto the date when my warranty got over. It has cost me a lot of time and work on the laptop that now I hope that you will be just and I hope that Dell Inc take back this product my money be reimbursed. Please look into the situation. I am hereforth attaching the email conversation I had with Dell executives. Please look into this too.
