delaying in process

Laptop Complaint Complaint Date: December 5, 2020
I bought the laptop on 6/08/2020 from dell store which gets faulty within one month and i requst for whole unit replacement and its approved by the dell company (WUR TEAM) on 12 october but they havent yet replaced my laptop just delaying the service from last 75 days and as per company policy 40-45 days is a total time taken to replace the faulty system the nwe product has been ordered by dell but not yet confirmed and i am requsting for the call back via mail but i am nit getting any replay from ther as i told to company that i am clg student and there is lot of pressure from college to do work but i am unable to do as my system is fauty and i also told that make my case as a proyerty but dell is not taking seriouslly
