Compliant against HP for not honoring Warranty

I have purchased a hp laptop (Serial No- 5CG9222773) which has 2 year extended warranty. My laptop battery turned faulty and hp refusing to replace it stating battery is not under warranty. However they have failed to produce any document where it is stated that battery is not under warranty. I have document where the fault is stated under warranty by hp site. Now they have closed the cases (Case NO- 5057796888 & 5057795837) and refusing any kind of help.
