Complaint regarding fraud and misguidance by dell authorised service centre jammu

I left a laptop namely dell inspiron n5010 with a minor problem of its power button not working properly with soft innovations gandhi nagar jammu. The laptop was working properly except for if it has to be turned on it took a longer time. I received a service receipt no. 517 dated 07-10-16 for the same. But when i went again there to collect my repaired laptop it was totally damaged by the so called engineer claiming to be authorised person from dell namely munish gandhi. The laptop was totally damaged and cannot be even restored to its previous condition. I suspect that they have deliberately malfunctioned some part of the laptop so as to gain more money from me as it was also evident from the video footage ive seen there. Therefore my claim is that either they restore my laptop to previous condition as it was before handing my laptop to them or pay me for the same

    Mr . Munish Gandhi plz correct the spelling mistakes u made in ur mail to me Bcz u r associated with a brand called Dell And pls focus a bit on ur grammer bcz it shows ur level of intellect and intelligence u are talking abt. I was just wondering how i harassed u. Moreover i have taken my complaint back bcz u have already restored my laptop to its previous condition as soon as u came to know that i have registered a complaint against ur agency. If u remember when i came to u my laptop was totally dead and ur claim was that now it can never be turned on and u should take it away. Thanks to jago grahak jago portal i registered a complaint and the very next day u called me to convey that my computer has been restored. Now stop bluffing here and just chill
