Complaint regarding dell fraud by computer repair centre

I left a laptop namely dell inspiron n5010 with a minor problem of its power button not working properly with soft innovations gandhi nagar jammu. The laptop was working properly except for if it has to be turned on it took a longer time. I received a service receipt no. 517 dated 07-10-16 for the same. But when i went again there to collect my repaired laptop it was totally damaged by the so called engineer claiming to be authorised person from dell namely munish gandhi. The laptop was totally damaged and cannot be even restored to its previous condition. I suspect that they have deliberately malfunctioned some part of the laptop so as to gain more money from me as it was also evident from the video footage ive seen there. Therefore my claim is that either they restore my laptop to previous condition as it was before handing my laptop to them or pay me for the same

    He came to our office with his dell laptop. But he had already opened the laptop from an unauthorised center he calimed & harasing us for that product. His laptop mother board condition was very poor. So, we gave him an estimate & suggest him to replace the mother board & he came to our office & shouting on us. We showed him a video evidence of our workshop & he was aggred that time. u guyzz know very well. Guyzz u all are intelligent people & our company is well reaputed in jammu & we know how customer want from IT market now a days.
