laptop Dell 7548( service tag No. 7nj4k42) was purchased on 21-05-2015 with one year warranty ( invoice Attached). laptop stopped working and the complained having service request No. SR # 926372368 was made on 08-03-2016 to Dell Support. the laptop was checked on 09-03-2016 by the technician from Dell with the comment that Mother Board found third Party repaired etc. (report copy Attached) and it was advised by Dell to repair on payment basis.
it was submitted to Dell support that i want my laptop in working condition whether it is repaired under warranty or payment basis.
Dell is neither honoring the warranty nor repairing on payment on the pretext that component is not available.
