I had bought an HP laptop under Amazing Diwali 2015 on 23-10-2015 for Rs. 34200/-. They made massive advertisement for the special warranty on all mass media and based on that I bought the product then other brands even by paying more. Now when i contacted them on 29/08/2016 for repair of accidental warranty but they refused to give the same saying you need to register before availing the benefit. I was cheated as these guys did not even informed at the time of purchase and even their dealers bill did not mention anything in that and now they are saying it will be chargeable basis. They say your laptop will be covered under accidental warrarty later on but first i have to pay for this repair. I do not understand how these people are being allowed to sale their products in India and cheating innocent customers? Now I have asked them to refund me the full amount and take back their product along with interest @ 18%
