Respect Sir,
I buy my product from ebay on ebay grantee. I have faith on ebay so I buy a laptop Dell Inspiron 13 from ebay and not found at my satisfaction level. I filled a complain through ebay grantee claim but the claim was rejected. So filled a complain against your company in National Consumer Complain Help Line. Details are as under:-

Details of my observation is as under :-
1. Laptop is old manufatured i.e, 2016 not branded new as mentioned in site.
2. Laptop is not imported from US, it is imported from China.
3. It has NO 6 GB RAM as told by seller.
4. Price is high but product is not satisfaction level. It seems, it has been a upgraded i3 laptop.
5. It has no CD drive as aspected by me.
6. I request you to return the product as it not made for me.
