I have booked a flat in 23 may 2015 at Kremlin (Apex heights pvt ltd) is a project at Sidharth vihar, Indirapuram extension, ghaziabad. till now i had given rs 300000/- as a booking amount of suggested flat 988 square feet. fortunately after some time they changed size 998 sq ft. officials (Ms Shashi panth) promised us that they will launch this project after two month. unfortunately till now even after 18 months they hadn\’t started construction. they don\\\’t have registry papers of the plot. they always given us false promise of like 2 October, 15 august, navratare & diwali. every time they had new excuses. I had already given emails & snail mail. for cancellations of my booking of flat. unfortunately they hadn\’t given me any reply. ow i am in need of money that`s why i need your help & guidance to seek my money back at the earliest. I had all the prerequisite documents of the bookings. kindly look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest.

    I was charged Rs. 1100 forcefully be putting pressure on me. And by saying false things that if I pay right now I will get the offers otherwise all offers will off go another day. And promised they will return my money with in a day if I ask for refund.

    Kindly process my refund of Rs. 1100. They are fraud people don't book it flat in apex kremlin.their GM promised for refund. Now they are disconnecting mycall. I have valid proof of deducted amount.
