Dear Sir

Please find under my final letter to Mahagun but even after this I am not able to get the desired result. Please help me in getting refund of my hard earned money and oblige

This is to hereby bring to your kind attention that I have been running from pillar – to – post to get refund of my money paid to you in 2006 against the shop no. 140 in your Mahagun Metro Mall, Secor – 3, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

As per my previous letter dated 06/01/2012, I had stated that since your delivery of the shop- in- question got delayed (Supposed to be delivered in March 2009 but the offer of possession was send to me in June 2011) I was not able to take the possession of the shop due to my family financial reasons. I had communicated the same at that time to you. But I am very disappointed that it has been more than two years but my case has not been settled till date.

After intimating you about the same I was assured that I will get my refund as early as possible. But after so much persuasion all I have got is assurances but I have not got my refund.

So I hereby request you to kindly refund my money with interest within a week or otherwise I will be forced to take the legal route to get back my hard earned money.
