I had purchased a flat in Today Homes, Ridge Residency Tower-I in April 2013.
At that time the builder told me that by Oct 2014, they will hand over.
Now it is May 2016 and they are always giving next dates of 6 months ahead.
They are not completing the works at site.
I already pad them 28 lacs in 2013.
