Regarding R wallet recharge

Hello,

On 25 september 22, i tried to recharge my R wallet on UTS app with mobile number [protected] for Rs. 300.00. and then another Rs.100.Money got deducted from my SBI bank account, but did not get credited to my UTS R wallet.
Transaction history status shows recharge initiated while money got debited from SBI bank account and same has been shown in GPay transaction history as well. Please either credit my RWallet on UTS id [protected] or initiate refund in my bank account for Rs. 400.00

Please find attached screenshot for UTS transaction status and GPay transaction status.

Please refund the money asap to bank account or in my RWallet.
