Dear Sir,

I have cancelled my travelling ticket vide Cancellation ID No. 100000972446451. PNR no. 6205845775.

The booking amount was debited from my HFFC bank, whereas the refund amount was made to PAYTMSDK, but the said amount was not received.

I have written a an email & also sent the reminder, but didn't received any reply & also called the customer care no. numerous times, but nobody has attended the call.

Please look into the same.
