1. I booked a ticket (2 seats) on 24th November 2016, PNR Number 4746037474 for a journey on 27th December 2016. Then I've cancel 1 seat on 1st December. Still I did not get refunded. The refund amount will be Rs.1520. But IRCTC customer care told me, that IRCTC refunded that money on 2nd December. My bank account did not receive a single money, still now.

After that, I again called IRCTC Customer care and they told me, I've contact with PayTM. Because, PayTM is the gateway portal, so IRCTC don't help us with refund. Every time, IRCTC told different stories.

2. I tried to booked a ticket on IRCTC app on 1st December, 2016. But I can't book the ticket due to transaction failure and Rs.1150 deduct 2 times from my bank account. I called to IRCTC Customer Care, they told me, I'll get refunded in 2-3 working days. But still I did not receive my money. IRCTC did not want to help us on refunding.

The total money I'm asking for refund, Rs.1520 + Rs.1150 x2
