Sir on 12/12/2020 Rs- 2667.69 I try to pay IRCTC rail connect by airpay merchant services in IRCTC rail apps my ticket was not booked but my balance was deducted I contact sbi coustomer care but they are saying this transaction was successful from our end and I contact IRCTC coustomer care they are saying amount not received from bank. My account number 31600312441. My transection I'd-100002481411326 and my tranction reference number is- IGAKAOHQQ9.
