Not showing my ticket in UTS app

I have booked my ticket on 15/2/2023 for monthly pass from uts app from distance khandeshwar to vashi. My money has been deducted from my bank account but ticket is not showing in my app. It has been 16 days till my money is not refunded. So it is my kind request pls look into it .

    The ATVM print issue for passnumber 27637150 content ( passenger details and route amount )not visible and railway booking counter person not in position to issue new copy .

    The badlapur station authority inform me to the ATVM peron in between 9.00 to 4 . My working hour is 7.00 to 7.00 and it is not feasible to me .
