TRANSACTION FAILED WHILE USING UTS APP AND MONEY GOT DEDUCTED BUT NO REFUND MADE

I tried to book seasonal pass for local train from Mumbra to Thane using UTS app on 04NOV22 and INR 100 got deducted from my account but transaction failed and and uts app showed a prompt message stating transaction failed and any amount deducted from my account will be refunded in 7 to 12. It's 19NOV22 today and my money has not been refunded yet.
Also the complainant box of UTS app is useless as it requires pnr/reference no. etc. else can't upload/save any complaint for failed transaction and money not being refunded.
