Ticket booking failed but deducted money not refunded

I have booked a train ticket on dated 30/04/2022 in tatkal quota from my irctc id sunita5690. It's (irctc transaction id is 100003369849781) UPI transaction id is 212093688325 and Rs 2107.90 debited from my SBI account on dated 30/04/2022 (mode of payment is Gpay via Mobiqwik) but ticket is not booked. After failure of booking I didn't get refund so
I wrote to care@irctc.co.in 3 times.

It shows refund of amount Rs 2085.75/- credited (settlement id 100003369849781, bank reference id ZP962f2aba6412) in respective SBI account on dated 02/05/2022.But even after 22 days i don't get refund of that ticket.

I also approach bank for the same with transaction id, date, amount but they are also not able to track/credit the transaction and amount in my account.

Please do the needful at the earliest. I'm very thankful to you.
