On 3 December 2016 , the Connecting train (11058 Up) to Dhule -Chalisgaon passenger for Mumbai Bogie was late by 8 hours .
I have not boarded the train. As the Ticket was booked online I immediately filed the ITR .However the Central Railway has rejected the claim stating the Passenger had travelled.
Further I am attaching the bus ticket through which I have traveled from Dhule.
