I have selected a plan YOU SUPERNET 50 3Months + 7 days, Internet does not work for 2 days a week.
I have logged service requests every time, no once came to resolve it.
recently, I have logged a service request ID#2020070507215 and it is in pending status since 05th July 2020.
Still got no resolution, tried connecting with all the possible person but they are also not listening to it.
I want to get the issue resolved or else I want refund of the same amount of plan.
