It's been more than 75 days my broadband connection installation is pending. I have called dealer 23 times today itself, but he is not picking up my call. I have also called GTPL customer care several times in past few days, but they are also not helpful and not solving my problem. I have demanded either refund or connection, but they are not ready to give any of the things.
