I was a renewal plan at 22-6-2020 at the time 1:30 p.m. and an internet network connection problem at time 5:00 p.m. at same day. I also registered a complaint much time on WhatsApp number, customer care contact, mail address, and his Airlink app, but after 4 days not any solution
